Order Revision & Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, our order fulfillment system processes orders quickly, which means:

  • If your order has already entered production or shipping, we cannot modify or cancel it.
  • For orders that have already been processed or dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note:

  • Customized orders require additional processing time (refer to the product page for details).
  • Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Important Notes:

  • Estimated shipping times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the order date.
  • Customers are responsible for any losses due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Insurance Coverage

Items are insured for their replacement cost. Compensation will not exceed the original order value.

Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for any damage to silver products caused by:

    • Collisions or friction with hard objects.
    • Exposure to water, including bathing or hot springs.

  • These conditions are not covered under our 90-day return policy.

  • We do not take responsibility for lost parcels due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Clause)

If a dispute arises and remains unresolved for 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC). Arbitration will follow the HKIAC rules in effect at the time of application. The decision of the arbitration will be final and binding on both parties.

  2. You are prohibited from using such services under the laws of China or other applicable jurisdictions.
