At aopods, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Below are the terms of our 90-Day Return & Exchange Policy.


Full Coverage Return/Exchange Policy (90 Days)

(aopods covers return shipping and replacement fees)

You are eligible for a full return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong order or incorrect item(s).
  • Your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective.
  • The photo charm you received does not match the image you provided.
  • There are quality issues such as chipping paint, loose crystals, etc. (Exchange is only available for the same product or an item of equal or lesser value.)

Limited Coverage Return/Exchange Policy (90 Days)

(Customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping fees; original shipping fees are non-refundable.)

You may return or exchange items under limited coverage if:

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item due to personal preference.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Returns Not Covered Under Our Policy

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

Watch Warranty

  • 365-Day Warranty: Covers watch movement only.
  • 90-Day Return Policy: Covers all other parts of the watch.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by tampering, unauthorized repairs, or misuse, including exposure to water (showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water-related work, or fishing).
  • Please refer to our Watch Care Instructions to avoid misuse.

Return Guidelines

  1. Items must be new, unworn, and in their original condition.
  2. Contact our customer service team for return authorization and detailed return instructions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, production begins immediately.
  • Cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee. (Brick Figures are subject to a 50% restocking fee.)
  • aopods.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

Return Process

  1. Submit a support ticket with clear photos of the item showing the issue.
  2. Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
  3. Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the item(s). You will receive an email notification once processed.
  4. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
